It is inevitable to have mistakes when translating. However, all of them are within our control that do not affect the main content you want to convey.
1. Refund condition in translation
If customer cancel the order before we starts translating, we will refund 100% the translating fee. However, if the translation is being done, you will only be refunded the remaining fee for the amount of work we completed.
“100% refund if translation errors are more than 9%” is applied when the errors are pointed out by customers.
2. Time for refund and the feedback information
All the request for editing the translation will be done within 3 days of receiving the requested correction. The refund time will be made within 48 hours from the time the sales staff confirms the refund information for you.
Subjects of application
The refund policy is applied to all customers, agencies and partners using our services. It is not applied to the translation revision service you have translated.
