DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION FOR KOREAN IN VIETNAM

For Vietnamese citizens:

Certificate of marital status (containing currently single);
Birth certificate;
Registration book;
Identity card or citizen identification;
Marriage health certificate;
Divorce decision or divorce judgment (in case of marriage but divorced);
Death certificate (if married but spouse has died);
Photo 4×6 white background, dark shirt.

For Korean citizens:

Basic certification;
Certificate of marital status;
The certificate does not prevent the marriage;
Marriage health certificate;
Passport;
Photo 4×6 white background, dark shirt
Documents of Koreans need to be translated, notarized, certified/legalized in accordance with Vietnamese and Korean laws.
