What is a CO (certificate of origin)?

CO (Certificate of Origin): A certificate of origin or certificate of origin. This document is used in international trade to verify the origin of the product.

What is the purpose of CO (certificate of origin)?

The purpose of CO is to prove that the goods have a clear origin, are legally taxable and comply with the import and export laws of the two countries trading goods. Knowing the origin of the goods can distinguish which goods are entitled to trade and tariff incentives.

Procedures for Notarized Translation of Certificate of Origin CO

Notarized translation of CO (certificate of origin) includes two stages:

Translation: The CO (certificate of origin) will be translated into the language of the country using these two types of documents. After translating, the translator will sign and commit that the translation is consistent with the original content.

Notarization: The translation will be stamped with a confirmation seal by a notary of the Department of Justice or a private notary office to certify the translator’s signature in the translation. More specifically, this seal verifies that the translator meets all legal requirements regarding professional qualifications as well as has registered his/her signature with the notary office.

Step 6: The proofread translation will be sent to the customer for review and comments. If there are no further requests, we will proceed to print the document.
